How Do I use my Debit MasterCard®?
To use your Debit MasterCard® as a debit card for purchases, just swipe or insert your card as instructed at the checkout station and enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
If you use it as a check card, you will sign a sales slip when you make a purchase. The purchase amount for the above purchase types is deducted from available funds in the checking account that you’ve designated as your “primary” account and is recorded on your monthly statement.
To use your Debit MasterCard® at an ATM, you can select the designated account from which you want to withdraw. The withdrawal amount will be recorded on your monthly statement.
Can I Use Tap-to-Pay?
Yes! To use tap-to-pay with your Debit MasterCard®, simply add your card to your supported mobile payment app such as Google, Samsung, Apple Pay and more. Leave the cash at home and have your card at your fingertips whenever you need it.
Are there fees for Debit MasterCard® purchases?
We charge no fees when you make Debit MasterCard® point-of-sale purchases.
Are there ATM fees?
We charge no fees when you use your Debit MasterCard® at one of our Auburn Savings ATMs or ATMs within the MoneyPass® network. There may be a fee for any withdrawal or transfer made at other ATMs.
Out-of-Network Locations are Available
We understand there may be times when a surcharge free ATM is just not available and you need cash now. In those rare instances, rest assured that your Debit MasterCard® can also be used to access your cash at any machine that is displaying the NYCE or PLUS network logos. There may be a fee for any withdrawal or transfer made at a non-Auburn Savings ATM.
