A banking system update to better serve you.
Auburn Savings is excited to announce that we are transitioning to a state-of-the-art banking software platform! Just like the apps on your smartphone or the operating system on your computer, it’s time to update our banking system. Once completed, we’re confident that this update toward the latest banking technology will improve your overall banking experience.
Below you’ll find FAQs as well as important dates and specific account information that will be affected as we move through this enhancement to our banking system. Although some changes will occur that you’ll need to take action on, we’re sure you’ll enjoy all the new benefits this update brings.
We’ll be staying in touch with you throughout the process to make the transition as smooth as possible and, as always, if you have any questions, we’re just a phone call away to help.
Auburn Savings will never ask you to provide your online banking username or password, or any sensitive personal information. If you receive a call, email or postal mailing requesting any of this information, immediately stop the conversation and contact your local police department. Anyone requesting this information is not from Auburn Savings Bank.

On Monday 10/5 at 9am after the update, Auburn OnLine will resume with a slightly different look; however, it will have all the same features and functionality that you enjoyed before. Although your user name will remain the same, you will have to create a new password and security questions.
Please Note: The login address will also change. If you have that bookmarked in your internet browser, you will need to create a new bookmark for the new login address. Use the login box on auburnsavings.com to obtain the new address.
Please Note: 18 months of previous eStatements will be viewable via online banking, however the check images will not be. If you have not archived these images and wish to do so, you will need to print or download them by September 30, 2020. Once online banking has been restored, there will be a delay of approximately two weeks before your August and September statements are available on the new platform.
If you have banking alerts set, you will need to reestablish these after the update is complete on 10/5.
Electronic Delivery of Documents Once the update is complete, our delivery of electronic documents will expand. You will now be able to choose which accounts of yours you want to have notices delivered electronically.
